      Prevention Week - May 12 -18, 2024

Prevention week is a national public education platform showcasing the work of communities and organizations across the country dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of substance misuse prevention and positive mental health. This year, we have partnered with our five local organizations, including EPIC Behavioral Health, Hanley Foundation, National Guard DDRO, Prevention Coalition of St. Johns County, and FLDOH - St. Johns County Health Department to go into 5 local schools to educate students all things prevention. We will be educating students on topics pertaining to alcohol, tobacco, vaping, bullying, mental heath, risk factors, and drugs.

My dad owns a small construction company and while most may view him as successful, he will tell you that there...
